L’Aubergade opened in 1978 in the former residence of Raymond VII, Count of Toulouse. In 2000, this 13th century Bastide was given a whole new look by the interior designer, Jacques Garcia. Today, this quite exceptional hotel, a member of Relais & Châteaux, blends silken fabrics with honey-coloured stone walls, canapés with lion’s paw feet and ancient floor tiles, a succession of rooms and a majestic oak staircase with the patina of time… Not to mention the interior courtyards, the terraces, the swimming pool, the garden, the smoking room and the Michelin-starred restaurant. Here everything exudes an aura of elegance, refinement and art de vivre. Escape to another age.
